Department 60 selects Ingram Micro to distribute cloud signage platform

Department 60 has partnered with Ingram Micro to act as the distributor of its cloud-based digital signage platform: Visualz. Visualz is designed to transform displays into digital signage for a monthly fee, according to a press release.

Companies can use Visualz instead of purchasing additional hardware and software to turn their displays into digital signage. They can also manage their signage remotely via the cloud-based interface.

"Visualz provides an easy-to-use, cost-effective digital signage solution that can be managed with ease through a recurring revenue service model," said Kevin Prewett, senior director of advanced solutions, Ingram Micro. "Cloud-based digital signage solutions are growing in popularity because of the flexibility, performance and value they deliver. We are pleased to add Visualz to our portfolio and expand our cloud offerings."
