Daktronics partners with Vitec for digital signage at entertainment venues

Daktronics and Vitec are developing an integrated solution with Daktronics' Show Control System and Vitec's EZ TV IPTV and Digital Signage Platform. This platform will power digital signage at sporting events and entertainment venues, according to a press release.

Venues can use the platform to gain complete control over all displays for a more consistent visual experience with all campaigns, such as digital signage and IPTV, according to the release.

"Integrating our award-winning Show Control System with Vitec's cutting-edge IPTV and Digital Signage Platform enables venues to engage with fans across all their screens in the most efficient, streamlined way in the industry. We're excited about the partnership with Vitec and the value we are bringing to the market," Bill Hadsell, product management, Daktronics, said in the release.
