Creative Realities finishes acquisition of Allure Global Solutions

Creative Realities Inc., a digital marketing solutions provider, has acquired Allure Global Solutions from Christie Digital Systems. Allure provides digital signage, menu boards and digital signage analytics for multiple verticals, according to a press release.

Creative Realties purchased all outstanding stock of Allure for $8.5 million. Allure will help CR expand its presence in the theater and QSR verticals with its digital signage solutions, according to the release.

"Allure will be a vital component of CRI's growth strategy," Rick Mills, CEO, CR, said in the release. "We are excited about the new sales verticals and analytics capabilities that Allure can now offer across our enterprise. Allure will benefit from CRI's strong reputation for efficient implementation and management of complex technology solutions, as we transfer a number of Allure's important back-end services, like project management and network operations, to CRI's proven services platform."
