A leading digital signage operator in Brazil has reached 1,000 media players powered by Swiss digital signage company Navori's QL software, according to an announcement from Navori.
Brazil's GM7 started with a home-made product in 2008 then made the decision to use an enterprise-grade software to power its screen-based communication, Navori said.
GM7 CEO Giovanni Maddaloni said his company had been looking for "a scalable solution with a user interface simple enough to consider having a shared content management with our local reseller network and end users. Based on those two main criteria, we selected Navori QL in 2011."
"Another advantage is that Navori has a strong presence in South and central America," he said. "It is always better to work with a vendor having local resources, speaking our language and sharing our culture."
The main product-related reasons why GM7 selected Navori QL, the company said:

GM7 uses QL in digital Signage in retail and corporate communications provided to the main Brazilian retail chains, fitness clubs and car dealers, the announcement said.
