Bojangles' restaurant deploys NCR digital signage

December 27, 2016

Bojangles', a QSR chain based in the Southeastern U.S., is deploying NCR Vitalcast digital signage menu boards at its locations. Bojangles' will be able to schedule certain menu items to appear on the signage for specific times of the day, according to a press release.

Vitalcast is designed to offer high resolution images and videos of products. It can also display product information such as nutritional facts. NCR is also providing content management tools for the restaurant, which will allow regional menu items and dayparting scheduling.

"Digital signage is quickly becoming a core component of a QSR's consumer engagement strategy," said Paul Langenbahn, president of NCR Hospitality. "Our goal is to enable brands, like Bojangles', to transform their in-store customer experience to better connect with today's consumer."

NCR has deployed its digital signage in 25 Bojangles' locations so far, with additional installations planned for 2017.
