The New York Times: Screen interface technology, similar to that featured in the movie "Minority Report," was unveiled by Reactrix at CES this week in the form of the Reactrix WAVEScape. Visitors stood within 15 feet of a Reactrix-equipped Samsung LCD screen, waved their hands in the air, and watched a cursor (or other object) move around the screen. The company has plans of deploying the unit at 115 Hilton hotels this summer to serve as "virtual concierges." Hotel guests will be able to check in and get information by moving a cursor across the screen with a wave of the hand.
