Automotive sales website deploys corporate communications digital signage to engage employees, provide real-time data monitoring and improve efficiencies.

The U.K. auto sales website Auto Trader UK has deployed digital signage at its new office in Manchester to communicate brand awareness and company values to all employees, according to an announcement from digital signage provider ONELAN Ltd. Auto Trader also wanted to provide real-time monitoring to its squads and provide access to KPI and business data to different departments, as well as to communicate promotional messaging to visitors and enhance productivity, process workflow and employee engagement, the company said.
Auto Trader wanted to display all of the above with a combination of passive signage and touch-interactive environments. Access to various existing KPIs (not all with API access) was also required, as was the ability to playlist password-protected webpages. It deployed the ONELAN content management system along with 70 ONELAN Net-top-box 630 mini subscriber players, 15 with touch capabilities.
