Aten Technology launches demo room for AV tech

Aten Technology Inc., an A/V connectivity provider, has announced the opening of its demo room called "The Sol" at its U.S. headquarters in Irvine, California. This demo room will showcase Aten's digital signage, command/control, data center, meeting room and classroom applications, according to a press release.

The room will be broken down into multiple segments to showcase multiple products such as:

• KVM over IP Matrix System KE series in a simulated government control room.
• VK2100 control system for meeting/classroom management.
• Video wall content powered by VE89000R/VE8900T over IP extenders.

"The Sol will be used to show customers, prospects, resellers, integrators or anyone with interest in Pro AV or KVM solutions how video walls are built, control rooms are managed, meeting rooms are being enhanced and more," Holly Garcia, VP Aten North America, said in the release. "It will also provide an ideal laboratory for media and analysts to see ATEN and partner technologies at work in a number of scenarios."
