ScreenScape Networks Inc. announced today that Richardson International has successfully deployed its digital signage solution across its Richardson Pioneer network of Ag Business Centres.
Richardson is Canada's largest agribusiness and has served farmers across the country for more than 150 years, according to the announcement. Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Richardson has more than 2,400 employees across Canada and is a worldwide handler and merchandizer of all major Canadian-grown grains and oilseeds.
"Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centres are located across Western Canada," Blair Swarbrick, marketing manager for Richardson Pioneer, said in the announcement. "We understand the importance of customer service and that communicating effectively at these locations is key. ScreenScape gives us the ability to present customers with information that is relevant to farmers and helpful to their operations."
ScreenScape is a place-based media software solution that businesses use to engage with retail customers using intelligent digital signage displays. Using Web-based software, ScreenScape enables retail marketers to share digital content, such as video and social media, with customers as they visit a place of business.
With more than 60 sites now operational on the ScreenScape platform, Richardson plans to add an additional 30 sites by the end of the year, the announcement said.
