Bizplay is a digital signage platform that makes putting content on screens surprisingly easy. Create the content you want to show directly in your web browser. Organize it into playlists and channels and then publish it to your screen(s). From company updates and promotions to menus, dashboards, and announcements, you can easily manage what appears on your screens from one place.
Bizplay is for anyone who wants to share information, updates, and engaging content on screens without the hassle of complicated digital signage software. It works for businesses of all sizes, from small teams to larger organizations with screens in multiple locations.
Whether you’re communicating company updates with employees, welcoming visitors, promoting products to customers, or engaging patients while they wait, Bizplay gives you an easy way to manage it all from one place.
Bizplay starts at $13.50 per screen per month with additional screen licenses costing only $7.50 per month. You can choose from three plans, Smart, Full, and Pro, and pick the one that fits what you need. Pricing is flexible, so you can add or remove screens as your setup changes, and if you’re managing a larger number of screens, volume discounts are available. The mentioned prices are for annual subscriptions, which are about 15% cheaper than the monthly alternative. Every plan also comes with a 14-day free trial, with no credit card required.
You can use essentially any screen with or without a built-in system that allows you to open a browser. Systems with such a system can be simple consumer smart TVs, although a professional signage display is more practical and durable. A screen without a built-in system can be connected to a small playback device, which can be anything ranging from an Android player, Raspberry Pi, Windows or Linux-based mini PC, Chromebox or Brightsign player. Basically anything that can run a web browser.
No. You don’t need any specific or proprietary hardware to run Bizplay. Bizplay runs through a web browser, so you can use a wide range of devices, including smart TVs, Android players, Raspberry Pi’s, Windows or Linux-based mini PCs, Chromeboxes, Brightsign players and more. As long as your device can run a web browser, you can use it to run Bizplay.
If you can set it up to run a web browser, then yes! If you already have screens and/or media players, then in 9 out of 10 cases you can use them with Bizplay. That way, you can save a lot on hardware costs.
Getting started with Bizplay is easy and takes just a few minutes. We developed Bizplay specifically for users who aren't very tech-savvy. The intuitive user interface lets you create and update content quickly and easily, without having to figure out how everything works every time.
Practically anything: images, videos, playlists, and live web pages, plus direct integrations like social media posts, YouTube videos, weather forecasts and news. Bizplay also displays live dashboards, menu boards, meeting-room booking screens, and interactive touch content, so one platform covers everything from a menu board, to a lobby welcome screen to a real-time KPI dashboard.
Bizplay gives you the flexibility to create pretty much any layout and content you have in mind, so having some design skills can be helpful if you want to build everything from scratch. But if you start with one of our templates, then those skills aren’t needed at all. In addition, if you already use Canva, you can also import those designs directly into Bizplay.
Yes. Bizplay supports both centralized and local content management. For example, a central communications team can manage company templates and corporate content, while local teams can add their own updates for specific locations. This way, everyone can share relevant local content without losing control of the overall brand.
Yes. Bizplay caches content locally, so screens keep playing scheduled content offline, and everything automatically resyncs once the connection returns.
Yes. Bizplay covers both: white-label if you want to resell under your own brand, or affiliate if you'd rather refer clients and earn commission. Partner pricing and flexible licensing come with either route.
Yes, every plan comes with hands-on support from real people, no bots, no AI-generated answers, whether you're on the free trial or already a paying customer. You'll actually reach someone who knows the platform inside out.
