Tiger Party, a New York-based DOOH consultancy, has completed its first Asian digital signage project, Taipei Lumitree, according to a press release.
Executed in partnership with Kainyue Construction and operated by Tiger Party, the LED media installation is located near Taipei 101 and measures in at more than 254 square meters (approximately 2734 square feet), including a 360-degree LED tree and a LED wall mwasuring 10-meters-high (approximately 33-feet-high).
The installation leverages P2.9 application technology and transparent LED walls with a 75% and above transparency rate.
Tiger Party partnered with HUG, a global community of artists and art lovers, to feature 12 global artists in content at the installation.
"Taipei Lumitree is an innovative and unique landmark project," Steven Lin, chairman of Kaiyue Construction, said in the release. "Events like Nuit Blanche Taipei '24 have shown how this venue can transform urban spaces and provide a platform for creative engagement."
"We are thrilled to bring the technology and commercial model of New York's Times Square to Taiwan," Rafale Chang, CEO at Tiger Party, said in the release. "Collaborating with Taiwan's exceptional creative teams in an international city like Taipei, we aim to create an unprecedented visual feast for the city, filled with endless creativity and energy that will attract crowds."
