Film festival held exclusively on digital signage

Anbean.org will host an “Ultra Short Film Festival” called ART BY CHANCE which will feature 30 second films show exclusively on digital signage networks. The films will be aired throughout the month on May on screens in 26 cities in six countries including the U.S., U.K., Canada, Turkey, The Netherlands and Germany.
