Effective internal communications, at the point of care, directly impacts quality patient care, patient satisfaction, the ability to reduce 30-day preventable readmissions, and the overall patient experience to name a few. When safety and lives are at stake, all stakeholders, from patients and caregivers to physicians and other clinical staff, to the CEO and housekeeping all need engaging, consistent, and reliable communication to stay informed, connected, and reminded about everything from process to system changes to simple menu changes in the cafeteria.
