In his role, Wes leads a global team focused on inventive research and development that collaborates with the product groups, designers, engineers, thinkers and designers to create cutting-edge technologies to define the customer experiences for Coates's end customers. In addition to creating and leading Coates' innovation and experience incubator, Wes also oversees the global brand and marketing teams.
With over 16 years of experience living and breathing in the digital and product design landscape, Wes has held senior leadership positions across a multitude of sectors including fintech, management consulting, financial services, telecommunications, product design, experience design strategy, service design, advertising, and branding.
Wes Fagan was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland and now lives in Sydney, Australia.
Rob Cervetto

Rob Cervetto is an Experience Designer at Coates Group, working out of its global headquarters in Sydney, Australia. Rob's role revolves around the digital customer journey – understanding the needs, pains and desires of modern-day digital consumers, and identifying and creating innovative human-centered product and service solutions to alleviate end-user pains and elevate the customer experience at every digital touchpoint.
Since his start as an Industrial Designer, Rob has translated his passion for design into the world of Experience Design - collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across hardware, software, operations and marketing teams in order to identify and target opportunities to drive engagement and create value in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
Rob's expertise in product design, brand experience and human-centered design principles allow him to offer an innovative and inimitable perspective in an often complex and challenging discipline.
