Chinese Government Promotes Technology with ET Media Network

In China's Hunan Province, the Department of Science and Technology was looking for a way to make citizens more aware of the country's technological progress. A digital signage network offered a solution, but it needed to be remotely managed from a central office, have high-level encryption and it could not be connected wirelessly. ET Media used HD media players, a three-step encryptions system and Internet-based remote management to help inform citizens of high-tech offerings in the province.
