ZIVELO, a kiosk and digital signage hardware manufacturer, will join the Canadian software company Visionstate to offer turnkey wayfinding and customer service solutions that are suitable for businesses across multiple industries.
According to a news release, ZIVELO's C6, C10 and M series kiosks are now thepreferred hardware platforms for Visionstate's virtual customer care interface, or ViCCi, directory software, which uses 3D maps to help users navigate large, unfamiliar buildings and complex public facilities.
The interface lets users select and highlight tenants on a touch screen, and includes an interactive directory that is searchable by keyword, alphabet or category. The directory kiosk can also be used for advertising and to generate data about where people are going and what they are looking for, the release said, which provides market research to organizations.
"Visionstate's topnotch interactive software solution makes our business partnership a natural alliance," Ziver Birg, founder and CEO of ZIVELO, said in the release. "ZIVELO's sleek kiosk designs paired with Visionstate's intuitive user experience makes for a great directory and customer service experience."
ZIVELO said its patented kiosk and digital signage hardware is designed to be future proof and offer brand continuity throughout the company's many desktop, wall-mount and floor-standing solutions, and its recent introduction of the i Series line of iPad kiosks allows for kiosk placement flexibility.
"This strategic partnership is ideal in that it brings together two industry leaders to offer the best product on the market," Visionstate CEO John Putters said in the release. "We are very excited to begin deploying our new units in partnership with ZIVELO."
