Xilica selects new managers

Xilica, a digital signal processing provider for AV, has hired Mark Ullrich to serve as senior manager of application sales and has promoted Joe Orlando to product manager of systems, according to a press release.

Prior to joining Xilica, Ullrich served in technical sales engineering roles at Symetrix while Orlando served as president of Commercial Media Systems Inc.

"We have some exceptional products at Xilica that are really well suited to enterprise applications, utilizing existing IT infrastructure and technologies to deliver an integrated AV ecosystem," Orlando said in the release. "I look forward to helping the business further drive innovation and build relationships with key strategic partners that can help us make the integrator's life easier and simpler, while continuing to provide their customers with products of the highest quality."
