Wegener launches $3.2 million digital signage project

DULUTH, Ga. — Wegener Communications Inc., provider of equipment for television, audio and data distribution networks, expects to launch networked digital signage in Mexico as part of a new deal with Satellite Store Link. According to a news release, Wegener's equipment will be used to distribute and display information and advertisements to bank customers and employees at 1,200 locations throughout Mexico. Shipments are scheduled for delivery during Wegener's third and fourth quarters of 2007.
