Watchfire unveils new shot-clock style

Watchfire Signs has announced a new type of video shot clock, which it plans to demonstrate for the first time at Nashville's National Athletic Directors Conference and Exhibit show in mid-December, according to a press release.

The LED board combines shot clock and video content along with variable content zoning, and Watchfire says it aims to make shot clock displays more flexible.

"Our new video shot clock is entirely unique in the industry," Jeff Morgan, director of sports at Watchfire, said in the release. "The ability to create zones for advertising when not in game use means that the clock can actually pay for itself."
