Voice Solutions acquires Digital Clinic International

Voice Solutions has acquired Digital Clinic International LLC, a digital signage company focused on the needs of dental, cosmetic surgery and healthcare clinics. 

Voice Solutions said the acquisition will allow the company to build upon its commitment to providing unique, affordable and powerful sensory marketing solutions to businesses across the nation. The purchase also supports Voice Solutions' vision to become the world's leader in sensory marketing solutions.

"The acquisition of Digital Clinic solidifies our resolve to build and strengthen the digital signage portion of our business," Dick Brown, managing founder of Voice Solutions, said in an announcement. "It gives us a strong, focused presence in the digital signage market, particularly in the dental, healthcare and cosmetic-surgery industries."
