Visix launches interactive room scheduling display

Visix Inc. has launched its Connect interactive room sign. The sign is designed with an interactive UI that allows users to start meetings, check for available rooms and more, according to a press release.

The room display has a widescreen touchscreen and can be powered via Power-Over-Ethernet. It can also publish schedules from Google Calendar, Exchange or Exchange 365. The device has a light on the side that flashes green when available and red when unavailable.

Users can also set the signs to require a PIN for booking. Clients can integrate digital signage or logos into the signs.

If there is any issue with something in the room, users can also use the sign to report an issue to the administrator, according to the release.
