ViewSonic intros PoE digital signage mini billboards

Visual solutions provider ViewSonic Corp. has introduced its new 10-inch wall-mounted multimedia all-in-one digital ePosters with wireless capability and power over Ethernet for one-wire set-up, according to PC Quest.

The EP1031r and EP1032r-T are intended to be suited for point-of-sale advertising in retail stores, commercial businesses, schools and campuses, or as mounted meeting room signs for corporate and hotel lobbies, according to the article. Both feature 10.1-inch LCD displays, built-in wireless and LAN connectivity, and support PoE for content loading and device setting. The EP1030 family incorporates a media player, 4GB internal storage and integrated speakers that enable the playback of video clips, photos and music from a USB hard drive or SD/SDHC memory card, plus VESA wall mount flexibility. The EP1032r-T also features an integrated multitouch technology.
