ViewSonic intros Pantone validated monitors

ViewSonic Corp. has introduced two Pantone validated monitors to its ColorPro VP68a Series, including the 27-inch VP2768a and the 24-inch VP2468a Both feature out-of-box color accuracy, color blindness modes and USB-C, according to a press release.

The displays meet the Pantone Formula Guide, since they can display all 2,161 colors listed in the guide. The displays can assist color-blind users by offering both color blindness simulation and color blindness filter. With these features, creators can see how an image would appear for a color-blind user, according to the release.

"ViewSonic's professional monitor VP series provides consistent and accurate color performance with industry color standards," Oscar Lin, head of Monitor BU at ViewSonic, said in the release. "With 100% color performance and Pantone validation, the new VP68a Series of Pantone validated monitors set a new standard for color performance to meet the discerning needs of creators for boosted productivity with increased workflow efficiency."

The displays also feature Ethernet connectivity and 90W power charging.
