ViewSonic Corp. has expanded its series of remote learning tools and resources for schools. In particular, it is offering its myViewBoard software for free for educators, according to a press release.
The myViewBoard software features digital whiteboarding, huddles, conferencing and video support. It also comes with Clips powered by Boclips, a video learning platform with a library of more than 2 million ad-free content elements, according to the release.
"As a former teacher, I understand there's sometimes a gap between learning the scope and sequence of the technology side that can match up with the lessons you want to teach," Blake Everhart, solution training manager, ViewSonic Americas, said in the release. "The ability to create and complete lessons, and how to filter through the many resources that are out there makes it tough to focus. That's why my team and I at ViewSonic are making ourselves available to help out, and make things less overwhelming."
ViewSonic is also offering one-on-one online support for teachers to help them handle distance learning.
