Videotel intros touchless digital signage solution

Videotel Digital has introduced its WAVE to Play software used in tandem with its 4K VP90 or 4K VP71XD media players to deliver a touchless experience. Customers can activate content on a display by waving their hands in front of it using WAVE to Play, according to a press release.

"It's true that the coronavirus pandemic will pass, but we suggest that businesses give their customers what they now know they need — another layer of protection," Lisa Schneider, VP of marketing and sales, Videotel, said in the release. "In addition to the WAVE and Play, Videotel Digital has the SENSE and MOVE non-touch solutions as well. We're happy to help our clients walk through this new way of doing business nationwide."

The WAVE can be used with a single sensor or connected to multiple units, according to the release.
