Videotel intros directional speakers for digital signage

Videotel Digital has introduced its line of HyperSound Directional Speakers for digital signage. This series features custom-mount ceiling brackets and creates a 3D audio effect within a focused area at three meters away, according to a press release.

The speaker eliminates traditional sound noise with its lightweight, ultrasonic and parametric design, according to the release.

"The modifications to HyperSound's directional speakers now make it possible to consider audio for digital signage installations that may have previously been unable to use sound due to ambient noise," Lisa Schneier, EVP of marketing and sales, Videotel Digital, said in the release. "This solution works best when paired with Videotel Digital's touch-less sensors, which automatically trigger content when a viewer approaches the screen."
