Videotel Digital wins US GSA contract to sell signage, kiosks solutions to agencies

October 13, 2016

Videotel Digital, a digital signage company, has been approved by the U.S. General Services Administration to sell its products to government agencies. The company will now sell digital signage media players and interactive solutions to federal, state and local government agencies through a five-year contract called a GSA schedule, according to a press release.

The GSA provides lists of products government agencies can purchase from approved vendors. Vendors have to pass a lengthy review process to be approved for a GSA schedule. Videotel teamed up with EHI to help sell its products, which will include products such as informational kiosks and airport digital signage, according to the release.

"We couldn’t be more pleased that our products and digital signage solutions are available for governmental agencies through the GSA contract via EHI Company. Just one of the applications slated for our dynamic media players and digital signage solutions will be to facilitate airport security with TSA checks," Lisa Schneider, VP of marketing and sales, Videotel Digital, said in the release. "Other settings will include corporate and educational kiosks as well as in-room channel advertising and digital displays. Due to their enormous and far-reaching arm, among similar uses; governmental detention centers will incorporate our solutions into their programs as well."
