TvONE hires new sales director, customer service manager

TvONE, a video and multimedia processing equipment provider, has hired Paul Streffon as director of sales for North, Central and South Americas region and Jane Faulkner as customer service manager, according to a press release.

Prior to joining tvONE, Streffon served eight years as senior staff instructor for InfoComm International. Faulkner has worked at tvONE for six years and previously served as accounts receivable specialist at CBTS.

"More than anything, these two individuals truly know our customers at a personal level. Their leadership will help us provide customer service that exceeds expectations every day," Andy Fliss, EVP of sales and marketing, tvONE, said in the release.
