Tripp Lite rolls out power strips with USB charging mounting

Tripp Lite has launched two power strips which feature heavy duty C-clamps for secure AC and USB charging. The PSC240410USBB and PSC360610USBB can mount to the edge of desks, tables and workbenches without additional tools and fasteners, according to a press release.

One attached, the power strips snap into built-in clips on the clamps. Features of the power strips include:

• NEMA 5-15R outlets and USB-A charging ports.
• 10-foot input power cord.
• 24 or 36-inch strip with metal housing.
• Lifetime warranty.

"The clamps take the hassle out of mounting and relocating a power strip installation," Karenann Brow, director of product marketing for surge, power strips and display mounts, Tripp Lite, said in the release. "These power strips are ideal for temporary installations and other situations where traditional wall mounting isn't possible or convenient. The clamps allow customers to have power and charging within easy reach at their desktops."
