Tripp Lite launches power supply series

Tripp Lite has launched its SmartOnline S3M uniterruptible-power supply series, which offers 10 to 100 kVA/kW along with Energy Star 2.0 certification for energy efficient operation. The series also provides 208V 3-Phase power protection, according to a press release.

Other features include:

• Unity output power factor parallel up to six units.
• Network SNMP management, MODBUS and Relay I/O.
• Single/dual AC input and backfeed protection.

"The S3M series' unmatched combination of industry-leading features and compact footprint gives IT managers power protection options they've never had before," Jose L. Medina, 3-Phase UPS and cooling solutions manager, Tripp Lite, said in the release. "They can save space for revenue-generating equipment without compromising the runtime, reliability or functionality you would expect from a 3-phase UPS."
