Tripp Lite intros cable management systems

Tripp Lite has introduced three cable management systems to help guide cables to and from IT racks, according to a press release.

The systems include:

• Cable Ladder System for diameter cabling and thick power cables.
• Wire Mesh Cable Tray System for copper network cables, A/V cables and lightweight cables/bundles.
• Fiber Routing System to protect fiber optic cables from crimping or bending.

"Cable management is essential to maintaining efficiency in high-density IT environments," Craig Watkins, director of product management, enclosures, Tripp Lite, said in the release. "Orderly routing makes connections easier to identify, which in turn makes repairs, maintenance and equipment changes faster. It is also an effective way to protect cables from damage that can cause unexpected downtime."
