Toshiba selects new VP of product and solutions marketing

Toshiba America Business Solutions has selected Kerstin Woods to serve as VP of product and solutions marketing. Woods will help create expansion strategies for Toshiba's Ellumina digital signage, E-STUDIO multifunction printers, thermal barcode printers and other products, according to a press release.

Prior to joining Toshiba, Woods served as senior director of channel product marketing at Oracle, where she focused on boosting Oracle's cloud software revenue.

"We are thrilled to have Kerstin join Toshiba," Bill Melo, chief marketing executive, Toshiba, said in the release. "She brings a unique blend of technical and marketing skills, channel development experience and expertise in delivering cloud-based services to Toshiba. We're looking forward to Kerstin having an immediate and significant impact on our ability to reach our ambitious growth targets."
