Topaz Digital launches virtual concierge for hospitality customers

Topaz Digital, a digital signage solutions company, has launched its Virtual Concierge Suite for its DTS and PTS Series Multi-touch displays. The company designed this solution for its customers in the hospitality industry, according to a press release.

The virtual concierge will help provide information to guests such as weather and local traffic. It can also sell services such as dining or a spa.

"We firmly believe in simplifying the entire process of deploying digital and have taken this a stage further for our hospitality customers; through our three-step process a venue can select a screen option, choose from a pre-determined layout and then simply select the interactive services that best suit their property," Christopher Stammers, CEO of Topaz Digital, said in the release. "Every other aspect is fully customized for the property; through this semi-customized option we are able to deliver a great price while still giving the venue flexibility to be unique."
