The Marlin Company wins award for fastest growing company in Connecticut

The Marlin Company, a workplace digital signage provider, recently won an award for being one of the fastest growing companies in Connecticut. The Connecticut Technology Council will honor the company along with 39 other companies at an event at the Connecticut Convention Center on Oct. 3, according to a press release.

The council named Marlin as one of the tech top 40 in the software category due to its revenue growth of at least $43 million in annual revenue.

"This is a result of a lot of hard work culminating in a successful transition from a print publishing company to a digital services company. While Connecticut has received a lot of bad press in recent years, this award is evidence that innovation is alive and well in our state. We have a very talented team of employees creating new digital technologies for workplace communication," Frank Kenna III, CEO of Marlin, said in the release.
