TES America acquires 3M Touch Systems

TES America LLC, a touchscreen solutions provider, has acquired 3M Touch Systems, a subsidiary of 3M. With this acquisition, TES will add 3M Touch System's surface capacitive and projected capacitive products to its portfolio, according to a press release.
"We look forward to embracing 3M's customers and providing them the consistent 3M touch solution they have come to expect," Mark Littlefield, president of TES America, said in the release. "With our vast knowledge of touch sensor engineering, manufacturing, and systems capabilities, our key objective is to seamlessly integrate 3M's touch offerings and support all our customers towards new levels of success."
TES expects to complete the purchase of 3M's assets of December 2020, according to the release.
