Tennessee school district deploys Boxlight displays

June 1, 2021

The Hickory Creel Elementary School in McMinnville, Tennessee, is deploying ProColor interactive flat-panel displays, from Boxlight Corp., as part of a four-year plan to replace aging short throw projectors throughout the district's buildings.

The goal, according to a press release, is to purchase a panel for every auditorium, cafeteria, classroom, conference room, gym and library in the district, according to Katrina Haley, director of technology of Warren County Schools.

Each classroom at the elementary school now has a panel, including special education classrooms. Boxlight partner, Central Technologies, facilitated installation and ongoing training and support.

"Principals in the district have seen what our teachers and students are doing with the panels. The interest has grown! Even outside of the district, there is increasing interest and most districts have started the process of having the panels in their schools," Mike Mansfield, school principal, said in the release.
