MINNEAPOLIS — TELentice Global Inc. a Minneapolis-based worldwide digital signage software developer and integrator has announced the release of the TELogger monitor logging tool for enterprise level digital signage networks.
"This new tool gives us the ability to perform detailed historical analysis of data collected from thousands of live screens and is essential to providing a scalable and measurable monitoring solution," said Eric Heatzig, C.T.O of TELentice Global, Inc.
This complements the existing comprehensive monitoring tool-set that provides real-time visual, audible, SMS and email alerting.
TELentice Monitor is a multi-user monitoring application that also gives authorized personnel control tools over individual screens or groups of screens. Network users of the TELentice system such as CBS Outdoor at the Mall Of America also use the monitoring tool to very easily control the audio volume at specific screens locations in real time during events.
The new monitoring tool enhances TELentice's reporting capabilities by providing customizable report information such as the status of proximity sensors or interactions with viewers from individual or grouped screens. This type of functionality becomes increasingly important as viewer tracking and measuring technologies become more pervasive in the digital media market.
The monitoring suite of tools continues to grow in importance as a critical piece of a digital signage network, as network sizes grow into the tens of thousands of screens.
