Talon Outdoor selects COO, SVP of business operations

Talon Outdoor has hired Jonathan Conway as chief operating officer and Shabnam Irilian as senior vice president, head of business operations in North America, according to a press release.

Conway was previously chief strategy director of Talon U.K. and prior to that served as communications planning director for OMD U.K, while Irilian was previously international operations director or Talon, and prior to joining Talon, she acted as business director for Kinectic Worldwide.

"In this new role, I'm excited to explore new business pathways and collaboration, increase the value of our offerings, and build a lasting people-first culture. Being back in the U.S., I look forward to further building the strength of our Talon team," Irilian said in the release.
