Synect debuts airport experience program

Synect has debuted EventReady, an airport-wide experience to help manage rising passenger volumes.

The passenger engagement program helps airports deliver clear communications and seamless journeys during event-driven surges, according to a press release.

The solution combines custom event-branded visual content, guidance, information and digital signage.

"Airports are about to enter a period of unprecedented global visibility," Montee Fiely, head of strategic engagement at Synect, said in the release. "The question is not whether major events are coming. It's whether airports are prepared to deliver a seamless, welcoming and revenue-generating experience at scale."

EventReady is modular and adapts to each airport's needs. Branding and content can be customized to each event, airport, host city, sponsor and operational area. This ensures every deployment celebrates the moment and elevates the passenger experience.

Airports can start with content-only deployments on current digital signage networks or upgrade to Synect's Passenger360 Digital Content Management System. Passenger360 integrates with airport systems, including flight information displays, resource management and third-party systems.
