Stratacache company PRN acquires iDKLIC

PRN, a Stratacache company, has acquired iDKLIC, a digital signage and marketing company in the healthcare space. The company will operate in PRN's Health Ltd. division, which provides interactive pharmacy displays and touchscreens, according to a press release.

IDKLIC's Pharmaseen platform is built to engage, educate and upsell to audiences with digital signage. PRN will use this acquisition to serve the European pharmacy market, and it will also offer iDKLIC's platform to independent pharmacies in the U.S.

"Since 2006, our company has been receiving a positive response from advertisers and customers. Our concept is established in over 1,250 pharmacies, reaching 2 million impressions per day. We are looking forward to further expanding the number of pharmacies and advertisers in Europe," Jean-Charles Figoni, co-founder and CEO of iDKLIC, said in the press release.
