Spectrio inks acquisition of Senior Living Media

Spectrio, a Bertram Capital portfolio company, has acquired Senior Living Media, a senior living communication and engagement technology company. Senior Living Media provides content and graphics for digital signage, social media, newsletters and other channels, according to a press release.

Spectrio will use this acquisition to leverage content creation capabilities across multiple channels. In addition to content creation, Senior Living Media also offers online calendar-building and custom community calendars, according to the release.

"Resident engagement and active social connection are major priorities for our senior living customers," Dax Brady-Sheehan, Spectrio CEO said in the release. "Adding these extensive creative content capabilities allows Spectrio to provide even more compelling resident engagement opportunities."
