South Bend Cubs unveil largest LED display in Midwest League

The South Bend Cubs, a baseball team in South Bend, Indiana, has teamed with Daktronics to create LED displays along with Daktronics Show Control software at Four Winds Field for the 2023 season.
The installation includes a main display, which is more than double the size of the original display, along with a ribbon display. The main display is the largest in the Midwest League at just over 2900 square feet and features weatherproofing for outdoor conditions. Daktronics Creative Services will create and manage content on the screens, according to a press release.
"As we continue to improve the fan experience at Four Winds Field, this state-of-the-art video board will not only improve the game-day atmosphere but will provide new opportunities for the many other community events held at the ballpark throughout the year," Chairman and owner of the South Bend Cubs, Andrew Berlin, said in the release.
