Sony: OLED screens coming in 2007

Engadget: Sony announced it is ready to move its OLED screen technology, which packs an amazing 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, into production in 2007. The first unit will be an 11-inch display with a native 1024x600 pixel resolution; no word on when the 27-inch 1080p model will go into production.
