Solutionz Inc. acquires Spinitar

Solutionz Inc., an AV integrator, has acquired California-based Spinitar, which specializes in AV systems design and integration, according to a press release.

The acquisition expands the footprint of Solutionz, Inc., which provides project management, design, implementation and maintenance, to California and Arizona.

"We're proud of the Spinitar legacy and are confident that our team is in good hands," Jeff Irvin, principal and chairman of Spinitar, said in the release.
