Solum debuts AI-enhanced display option for in-store advertising

Solum has debuted an integrated digital display solution aimed at helping retailers transform physical spaces into dynamic advertising platform while delivering a personalized customer experience.

The vision AI-enabled digital signage and Electronic Shelf Labels can create new advertising opportunities within physical stores, according to a press release. The system analyzes customer behavior patterns in real-time to display targeted advertisements. When a customer shows interest, connected ESL tags illuminate to drive purchase conversion through synchronized product information and promotions.

Early adopters have reported rewarding results. A major convenience store chain reported a 7% increase in purchase conversion rates after implementing the synchronized digital signage and ESL system, according to the release.

The retail media network market is projected to reach $156 billion globally by 2026, according to Statista research.
