Sixteen-screen video wall installed in JFK International Airport Terminal One

September 8, 2009

PARK DCS has announced the installation of a new 16-screen video wall in JFK's Terminal One. The video wall overlooks the security checkpoint for departing passengers and is planned to be in operation about 18 hours a day.

The 16 46-inch HD panels will show in-house ads, powered by the PARKVision Rev 2.0 digital signage software. The software will allow the wall to play 16 individual videos or stills running simultaneously or all 16 screens can be combined to run as one large display wall or any combination in between.

"In facilities as large as JFK International it requires a large presence to be effective" said Steve Cart, PARK DCS COO. "We needed our VARs customers to get noticed over and above the clutter."
