Singlewire Software integrates Zoom into mass notification software

Singlewire Software, a mass notification service provider, has partnered with Zoom Video Communications Inc. to integrate Zoom Phone with its InformaCast mass notification software. With this integration, Zoom Phone customers will be able to trigger and receive mass notifications from InformaCast, according to a press release.
These notifications can be sent to a variety of connected devices and systems such as digital signage, IP speakers, computers and mobile devices. In addition, Zoom Phone customers can use InformaCast CallAware to receive alerts when someone dials an emergency number from a Zoom phone, which in turn helps organizations deploy assistance more quickly and direct first responders.
"We're excited to partner with an industry leader to make mass notification easier," Pat Scheckel, executive vice president of product management for Singlewire Software, said in the release. "Adding Zoom Phone compatibility to InformaCast makes our solution available to more organizations looking to provide better ways to keep their people informed about emergency situations."
