Sharp/NEC unveils FC Series DVLED displays

Sharp/NEC has unveiled the FC Series, a line of DVLED displays building on the prior FA and FE series, according to a press release.

The FC series leverages COB (flip-chip) multi-color LED and is engineered for increased durability and reduced energy consumption, with anti-collision, anti-electrostatic, anti-waterdrop and dustproof protection.

The series includes three models, the LED-FC0121i, the LED-FC015i and the LED-FC009i, with pixel pitches of 0.95mm, 1.2mm and 1.5mm, respectively.

The series is 20% lighter than previous iterations and features front-serviceable design to make maintenance easier, along with similar components to previous series and hot-swappable pixel cards.
