Scientific Games tapped to deliver casino management tech for Westgate Las Vegas

Scientific Games Corp. has signed an agreement with Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino to deploy its suite of casino management system products and devices. These products will include slot operating systems, CoolSign digital signage software and its iView point-of-play messaging solution, according to a press release.

Westgate will use Scientific's games solutions to analyze player and operations data. Scientific Games will also integrate its SG Universe product suite to power its mobile and online presence through an app and social casino platform to interact with customers.

"We went through a very comprehensive review of the various suppliers in the marketplace and determined that Scientific Games continues to be the best fit for our business," Mark Waltrip, COO of Westgate Resorts, said in the release. "Not only was this decision based on our current Scientific Games systems' history of superior performance and reliability, but Scientific Games also offers incredible, overlapping opportunities for our other business segments at Westgate Resorts."

Westgate will also provide additional technology including:

• An iView touchscreen display.
• The Servizio mobile service solution.
• The Elite Bonusing Suite of customer interactivity and reward solutions.
