Saudi Arabian mining giant Ma'aden has chosen Switzerland-based Navori's digital signage software for a corporate communications project, according to an announcement from Navori.
Ma'aden was formed by a Saudi royal decree in 1997 to facilitate the development of Saudi Arabia's mineral resources, Navori said. The mining company wants an efficient way to communicate with employees and visitors at the company's head office located in Riyadh and picked Navori based on the software's ease of use, reliability and the company's presence in Saudi Arabia, according to the announcement.
Navori QL Manager's interface is available in many languages including Arabic, which was of particular interest to the client. The staff at Ma'aden can update content using the software's Web-based interface, and the software's simple design means users get up to speed quickly and with minimal training, Navori said.
Installation and integration was performed by Navori partner Technology House, a technical firm that has specialized in advanced digital signage solutions in Saudi Arabia since 2000.
